After quite a few years I have finally made use of my uncle's wine making equipment.
Elder flower wine (well hopefully something resembling it)
You have to keep the wine at a reasonable temperature during the fermenting stage so i started it next to the airing cupboard but I had complaints about the smell (a rather nice yeasty elderflowery aroma I thought) so I had to find a new home for it.....
