The Cherry Tree (the tallest) is busy dropping unripe cherries into the pond. The middle tree, the Acacia, has just come into flower - a light creamy colour. The third tree (on the right) is a weeping silver birch which we moved from the other side of the garden several years ago.

This yellow iris is in the bog garden at the side of the pond. The blue iris in the pond is looking splendid (seen in close up in yesterday's blog).

Earlier the two chickens showing that they believe in the old saying 'the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence'!
