The standard bearers enter the War Memorial Garden.
An addition to this year's parade was a piper playing the bagpipes.
The Reverend John Glassbole, chaplain for the Horley branch of the Royal British Legion,and Horley RBL branch president Ron Pearce, led the two minutes' silence and service before wreaths were laid.
Despite the rain, there was a very good turn out.
