Garden at the end of June

The snapdragon stands out in the bright sunshine (posh name Antirrhinum)



White hebe flower close up.



Water Soldiers (Stratiotes Aloides) show up nicely in the sunshine - as does the duck weed unfortunatly.



Skye has to get in on the act when the camera is out.




The trampoline has moved to give us a chance to sort the lawn out. However this has hidden the mini kingdom in the bath.....

A fur ball in the Garden

Here is the fur ball....



...and here is where it came from - what a dog!



This group of baby starlings were on the willow above the pond. One had tried to land on the pond earlier and got quite a suprise when the water's surface wouldn't support its weight.



A real show stopper at this time of the year - the red/cerise coloured broom
