Titsey Place near Limpsfield, Surrey

Open Garden Scheme visit last weekend (albeit, the house and gardens are open most weeks). Titsey Place comprises a manor house and gardens set in the countryside of the North Downs.

There is a walled garden...

...Manor house dating from1775 (although there are also parts of the house that date back to an earlier Tudor house)....

...formal gardens by the house and

a series of lakes.

There were several families of geese on the lakes

The parkland is also home to the  'Titsey Herd' of pedigree Sussex cattle.
