We entered a team in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge taking part with 14,779 entrants from 407 businesses across London and further afield last Wednesday.

We had a very enjoyable sunny evening in Battersea Park with
some very impressive individual performances (both for times ran and for effort)
and all our participantscompleted the
5.6km (3.5miles) course in under 40mins with an overall team average of
31.44. Best time in our team was 24:03 (men) and 28:23 (women).
Both Matthew and I ran, his time was 29:32 whereas I managed 39:42 (yes I was last out of our team but I did manage to do it without stopping to walk!)
