The Mole in flood

The heavy rain of the last 24 hours resulted in an Environment Agency Flood Warning for the River Mole at Horley.....and they weren't wrong. Mill Lane at 8pm tonight approaching the bridge over the Mole.

 

There is always someone who has to drive through the water....from what I could see (and from what locals were telling me), no one would have been able to drive through earlier today.

On the other side of the bridge the road was also flooded. Some cars were trying to get through.
