Time to play with the X12 zoom on my new camera - the baby starlings have all hatched and are making a lot of noise in the trees around the pond. Every so often they come down to the shallow area to bathe (with a baby sparrow).
A blue tit also appeared briefly.

New wooden bench, bag of rubbish to show I have been working (clearing out seaside bed), lawnmower in background and Annie inspecting the world from the top of the bench.
Skye says 'Why are you paying more attention to that chicken rather than me!'
