Nymans Garden

We went for a walk at Nymans last Sunday (had to queue to get space in car park.
This is a 'handkerchief tree' (Davidia involucrata)

I should have asked Sue to stand in front of this tree to show how large it is.

There was quite a lot of colou there - rhododendrons and azaleas.

The ruined house (it burnt down in the 1920's)....

...with a magnificent wisteria.
